Are You Getting All the Benefits You Qualify For?

Medicare Part A

Medicare Part A (hospital insurance) covers Medicare inpatient care, including care received while in a hospital, a skilled nursing facility, and, in limited circumstances, at home. There is a per benefit Part A deductible. You can use any hospital in the US that accepts Medicare. Enrollment is easy and you cannot be denied coverage.

Medicare Part B

Medicare Part B (medical insurance) covers medical services and supplies that are medically necessary to treat your health condition. You are responsible for 20% of the Medicare Approved Amount. There is an annual Part B deductible. Part B covers services that include Medical Expenses, Home Health Care, Outpatient Hospital Services, Emergency Transportation, and Durable Medical Equipment.

Medicare Part C

Medicare Approved Health Plans also referred to as Medicare Part C are offered through private insurance companies to manage and administer your Medicare benefits. Don’t worry - you’re still in Medicare and have all the same rights, privileges, protections and guarantees that you have always enjoyed.

Medicare Part D

Medicare Part D provides prescription drug assistance for those enrolled. Anyone on Medicare (with either Part A or Part B) is entitled to drug coverage (known as Part D) regardless of income. No physical exams are required. No one can be denied for health reasons or prescribed medications.

Medicare Supplement

A Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap) policy helps pay some of the health care costs that Original Medicare doesn't cover such as coinsurance and deductibles. Medigap policies are sold by private companies. Medicare will pay its share of the Medicare-approved amount for covered health care costs; then, your Medigap policy pays its share.

Supplemental Health

In the event of a major health event, supplemental insurance policies help pay for many expenses that aren’t covered by the primary health insurance. These policies are designed to help with those unplanned, extra expenses that occur after an unexpected event like a cancer diagnosis, heart attack, disability, or trip to the emergency room.
