Tele-Sales Agent

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop positive working relationships with clients and teammates
  • Inbound/Outbound calls with potential clients
  • Analyze clients’ current insurance needs and offer new solutions reducing their overall cost
  • Handle policy sales, convservation and renewals
  • Participate in continuing education programs as required by licensing and postition requirements

Preferred Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior sales / insurance sales experience
    • Medicare insurance sales experience a plus!
    • Company will assist with licensing and training
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Strong computer skills
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Position Information

  • Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm
    • Seasonal hours will increase to include some evening and weekend hours
  • Bi-Weekly pay starting at $15 per hour
  • Monthly sales bonuses based upon performance
  • Earn additional monthly income for policy renewal beyond year one
  • Insurance benefits after a 90-day probationary period
